Human Capital Network (HuCaN) is a not-for-profit professional organization dedicated to the advancement of best practices in Human Capital Management in Pakistan. The basic objective of HuCaN is to provide growth and networking opportunities to its member body.
The need to develop a proactive HR professional group has been on the horizon for a while. This issue was being debated and discussed amongst various professionally qualified HR experts. Consequently, Mr. Khusro P. Malik and the like minded HR professionals decided to put their efforts together to build something that can fulfill the need of the professional community.
The core group deliberated upon the name and after an intense session unanimously opted for Human Capital Network.HuCaN was formed in the year 2005.
